Small Rfid Tags/ NFC Tag/ UHF Tag Smart Label Sticker Inlay

RFID Inlay / Prelams
RFID card inlays, also known as prelaminates (prelams), are semi-finished sheets that embed RFID chips and antennas between plastic layers. They are the core component used to manufacture finished RFID cards such as access cards, transportation cards, payment cards, hotel key cards, and ID badges.

Key Features

1. Integrated Chip & Antenna Structure
Each inlay contains an RFID IC chip bonded to a copper or aluminum antenna coil.
Ensures stable communication, low power consumption, and consistent read/write performance.
2. Multi-Layer Lamination Design
Prelams are typically made with PVC, PET, PETG, or polycarbonate (PC) sheets.
Layers are pre-laminated under heat and pressure to create a strong and durable core.
3. High Durability & Stability
Resistant to bending, heat, and environmental stress.
Long chip/antenna lifespan with strong lamination bond.
4. Precision Manufacturing
Antenna alignment, chip positioning, and layer uniformity follow strict standards to ensure card-level reliability.
Ideal for high-speed lamination and card punching.
